As President of Dechen Consulting Group, he founded the company in 1998, revolutionizing IT and staff augmentation services. Trusted by Ford Motor Company and other industry leaders, Raj's expertise led to a talented PeopleSoft Team in 2009 and an Offshore Development Center in Bangalore.
